Delete Your Account – Swalook Salon Finder App

Swalook (“Developer Name: Swalook”) allows any user of the Salon Finder mobile application to request permanent account deletion at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please email us at:

 Subject: Delete My Account – Salon Finder App

Include the following:

  1. Your registered mobile number or email address

  2. Your full name

  3. A clear request: “Please delete my Swalook Salon Finder account.”

You will receive a confirmation within 72 hours.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified, the following information will be permanently erased from our systems:

  • Profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Appointment history
  • Saved salons
  • Search preferences
  • App usage logs linked to your profile
  • Any other personal data collected during app usage

What Data May Be Retained

We retain the following data only if legally required:

  • Transaction-related or invoice data (retained up to 5 years as per Indian accounting and compliance standards)

  • Anonymous, aggregated analytics (these cannot identify you)

All retained data is securely stored and cannot be linked back to your personal account after deletion.

Timeline for Account Deletion

  • Account removal from active systems: Within 7 working days

Full deletion from backups: Within 90 days (industry-standard backup cycle)
