Swalook (“Developer Name: Swalook”) provides users with full control over their personal data collected through the Salon Finder mobile application.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at:

Include:
- Your registered email or phone number
- Your full name
- A clear request: “Please delete my data from the Swalook Salon Finder app.”
We will process your request within 72 hours.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will remove:
- Personal profile data (name, phone, email)
- Appointment & booking history
- Saved salon preferences
- Reviews or ratings (if applicable)
- Any other identifiable data linked to your user account
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be kept for compliance, security, or financial record-keeping:
- Financial transactions, invoices or payment entries (retained for up to 5 years)
- Server logs required for fraud prevention (retained up to 30 days)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage data (cannot identify you)
Timeline for Data Deletion
- Data removed from active systems: Within 7 working days
Data removed from backups: Within 90 days
